We are hiring for "Sales Associate" for "Healthcare" Company.
Job Description:-
- Empanel customers (Doctors) to use Healthcare services
- Maintain relationships with empanelled Doctors-look after their requirements and apprise them of new services introduced by the company from time to time. They will be setting up appointments and meeting with doctors in their clinics or hospitals.
Responsibilities
1. Contact Doctors by phone and:
2. Introduce Healthcare Services
3. Fix appointment (date, time and venue)
4. Meet the doctors and apprise them about Healthcare services
5. Close Sales with doctors
6. Maintain a sales diary in the format provided
7. Coordinate with the operations and other members of the Sales team as and when needed.
8. Achieve all targets set for the week/month
9. Provide feedback as and when asked for.
10. Remain up-to-date with products and services being offered
Requirements :
- Proven field sales experience of 2-4 years would be preferred, however freshers are also welcome
- Strong Interpersonal communication in English and Hindi
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Graduation
