Job Responsibilities -
- Participate in - field visits- to understand market dynamics, and support to provide coaching and bring value to customers to support the adoption of Company.
- Ensure distributors develop a business plan which includes (quarterly) system and procedure targets to achieve or exceed goals set by senior management.
- Develop regional market access and marketing strategy.
- Ability to take a thorough understanding of market, trends, technology and opportunities in the India market and convert it to activities that increase business success
- Strong leadership skills with deep business acumen
- Fluent in English
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and - recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
