We are hiring Sales Executive for a hair treatment clinic.
The Job
Key responsibilities areas:
- Responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives.
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales- goals and revenues.
- Sales Closure of hair and skin clients.
- Identify new sale leads.
- Responsible for driving consultations to allotted locations.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Negotiating on phone, email or in face to face discussions/meetings.
- To provide report and feedback to senior management about what is working and what is not working.
- To generate daily reports as per Company guidelines.
- Maintain daily records in CRM.
- Extensive follow-ups with allotted/potential Clients.
- Create the best Client experience.
- To manage the reception desk whenever there is a requirement.
Ideal Candidate :
Key Competencies :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the Healthcare industry.
- Experience within Startup Experience and Sales Training would be a strong advantage.
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
