Job Description :
Purpose
Executive HORECA will be responsible for developing HORECA strategy for Channel Management -Vendors/Agents/brokers. Ideally, from HORECA and Institutional sales in a reputed FMCG/ Beverages/ Liquor Company, he will also be responsible for Product Management, Identify and manage new Key Accounts and develop Sales force.
Key Characteristics of the Position (Job Role & Responsibilities)
1. Business to Business sales (B2B).
2. Brand building; identify opportunities and Pro-actively reporting new qualifying partners.
3. Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned food service accounts.
4. Maintain and build existing and new client relationships.
5. Execute promotional plans and work towards achieving team targets.
6. Work in co-ordination with other departments-support, service, management, resources, etc. to meet Client/Partner expectations.
7. Report any channel conflicts and follow adherence to channel rules of engagement.
