Executive - Sales - General Trade - FMCG (5-12 yrs)
Responsible for business development.
- Develop business activities through expansion and management of distribution network.
- Planning and forecasting new and existing selling opportunities.
- Analyzing latest marketing trends in terms of scheme, tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning of sales and marketing strategies.
- Driving SFA execution within sales team for betterment and efficient working of sales promoter.
- Planning inventory & channel sales management on a daily-weekly basis as per requirements and regular rotation.
Monitor systematically the performance of the distributor and distributors sales team and take corrective action .
- Conducting promotional activities in each territory to drive sales of newly launched products.
- Training the team of sales promoters and DSRs.
- Ensure utilisation of point of purchase material and display boards.
