Executive - Sales - Furniture (2-3 yrs)
We are looking for a Sales Executive specializing in Furniture & Project Sales with a focus on relationship management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the furniture and project sales industry, demonstrating strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused approach to drive sales, manage client accounts, and contribute to the overall growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Growth : Drive sales for furniture and project-related products by identifying new opportunities and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Project Coordination : Work closely with project teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, meeting project specifications and client expectations.
- Lead Generation & Follow-up : Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and referrals. Conduct follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
- Product Knowledge : Develop in-depth knowledge of our furniture products and solutions to effectively communicate their value to clients and address any queries.
- Market Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for business development.
- Sales Reporting : Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, track progress against targets, and provide insights to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience : 2 to 3 years in furniture and project sales, with a proven track record in relationship management.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively present products to clients.
Customer Focus : A customer-oriented approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Problem-Solving : Ability to handle client queries and resolve issues promptly.
Adaptability : Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
