Experience - Min. 5 + yrs . in foundry industry (must knowledge of RFQ strategy, can build customer relationships, pricing strategy, can deal with companies)
Job Description :
- Maintain and Develop Client Relationships : Building and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Identify and Engage New Clients : Actively seeking out and developing new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Understand Customer Needs : Gaining a deep understanding of clients' requirements, providing solutions that meet their needs, and offering technical support when necessary.
- Market Research and Analysis : Conducting market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Sales Planning : Developing and implementing sales plans and strategies to achieve company targets.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals : Handling contract negotiations, pricing, and closing deals in a way that maximizes profitability while meeting client expectations.
- Product Expertise : Having comprehensive knowledge of the foundry processes, products (such as various metal alloys and casting techniques), and their applications.
- Technical Guidance : Providing technical information and support to customers, helping them understand the benefits and applications of the foundry's products.
- Collaborating with Engineering Teams : Working closely with the production and engineering teams to ensure customer specifications and requirements are met.
