Key Responsibilities :
- Sales & Distribution : Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, agents, and retailers to ensure smooth distribution and high fill rates.
- Market Knowledge : Utilize deep understanding of the local market to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and sustain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Digital Transactions : Manage and promote digital transaction methods to streamline sales processes.
- Retail Expansion : Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding our retail presence in the assigned territories.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and key result areas (KRAs) to meet sales targets.
Skills & Competencies :
- Proven experience in sales within the dairy or FMCG edibles sector.
- Strong understanding of distribution networks and digital transactions.
- Excellent relationship-building and customer management skills.
- Ability to achieve high productivity and fill rates.
- Local market expertise in Bangalore and Kurnool.
- Proficiency in sales and B2B sales.
- Familiarity with retail expansion strategies. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Mandatory Requirements :
- Educational Qualification : Any Graduate Experience : 2-5 years in the dairy/FMCG industry
