Job Description - Sales Executive
Education: Graduate (any stream)
Experience: minimum 1- 5 yrs in personal Care or FMCG having 2 to 3 years of handling the Maharashtra region.
Responsibilities :
- Setting up distributors and Super stockists for modern trade and general trade
- Maintaining a strong relationship with distributors and modern trade buyers
- Daily, weekly, monthly sales reporting
- Inventory monitoring and control
- Responsible for timely collection
- Responsible for initiating and executing promotional activities to ensure shelf off-take
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Candidate should have minimum 1-3 years of field experience in perfumes, premium personal care, or high quality products.
- Candidate should have pre-developed relationship with distributors in the region.
- Candidate should have experience with modern trade
- Candidate should have a presentable personality
- Candidate should have the ability to speak in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Candidate should have super negotiation skills
- Candidate should be a graduate (any stream)
