Executive - Sales - FMCG (2-10 yrs)
DESIGNATION - Sales Executive or Sr. Sales Executive
DEPARTMENT - London Dairy - Retail
WORK LOCATION - Ahmedabad
Responsibilities :
- Servicing markets at pre - defined intervals as per planned PJP.
- On the job training of PSM's and booking orders while on joint working, to demonstrate ideal call process to improve productivity
- C -Closely monitoring PSR performance in line with secondary targets and identifying areas of improvements improvement.
- Closely monitoring outlet wise performance and redeploying low thruput assets
- Identifying potential outlets for placement of new assets
- Developing and maintaining direct relationship with key retailers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining cordial relationship with all the distributors for smooth sales operations.
- Driving secondary sales to ensure that primary targets are achieved as per AOP
- Ensuring that stock norms are strictly followed by the distributor
- Controlling damage and unsaleable stocks.
Qualification - Graduate; MBA is preferable but not essential
Target companies - Experience in FMCG is must. Experience in frozen foods would be preferred.
Work Experience - 3-8 yrs experience in retail (General Trade) sales
