Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Role of a Sales Executive - HoReCa is to support the organizations sales & growth efforts by subscribing to new customer acquisition in HoReCa segment. The fundamental role and responsibilities of a SE include:
- Develops and executes effective HORECA accounts cum channel.
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Obtaining new clients through cold calls, direct contact, negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive valuations
- Appointment of Distributors and develop the secondary sales network
- Conduct research to identify opportunities, build sales funnel & generate new business
- Keep the prospective client database updated.
- Creating and delivering proposals to all prospects.
- In-depth knowledge of B2B and B2C field sales
- Meet Sales Goals & Targets.
- Responsible for primary and secondary sales
- Monitoring and maintaining outstanding within the stipulated credit norms
- Build long term customer relationship & ensuring client retention.
- Keeping track of all orders up to date & coordination for proper dispatches of the orders received.
- Making high volume calls responding to qualified leads.
- Timely Reporting along with days planning as per PJP.
- Ability to handle distributor's network, his orders, secondary sales & settlement of claims on time.
- Ensuring appropriate stock levels at distributor point.
- Generate revenue by counselling prospects and converting them to sales.
- Keep knowledge of all product's SKU and service offerings by the company
- Meet and exceed pipeline contribution goals
Job Highlights
- The sales professionals including field sales must have 1 - 3 Years of experience
- Person must hold a Graduate Degree.
- Own a two-wheeler for local commuting
- Familiar with MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Experience within a B2B and B2C field sales would be preferred
- Location : Delhi / NCR
- Salary : 2.0 - 3.0 lpa + DA
