Salary : 1,80,000- 2,40,000 PA + Incentives + Conveyance

Job Description :

- To develop market for the company's products with desired output.

- Ensure achievement of revenue as per target for the specific territory assigned.

- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with clients

Job Responsibilities :

- Identify and contact potential clients at their stores to sell our product.

- Meet daily sales targets

- Maintain daily records of sales and customers.

- Stay well informed on company products and services.

- Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.

- Provide customer service to their clients by making follow-up calls and visits.

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Driven and self-motivated person with a passion for sales.

- 1-3 years experience in Sales. Highly motivated freshers may be considered.

- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work under stress.

- Ability to handle objections and offer rebuttals to make a sale.

- Needs to have cleared HSC (12th board) to meet minimum education requirement.

- Able to converse in Hindi and English. Preference will be given to those who can also converse in Gujarati.

- Ability to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.

- Ability to maintain client relationship and repeat business.

Additional Requirements :

- Applicants possessing bike and a licence preferred.

- Candidate needs to provide 3 references.

- Candidate needs to provide copy of driving licence.

- Candidate needs to provide copy of Aadhar card.

- Candidate needs to provide copy of PAN card.

- Candidate needs to provide copy of address proof.
