Executive - Sales - FMCG (0-1 yrs)
- Tracking performance and sales targets of all field sales staff including SO,ASM, RSM through Bizom and making regular calls to distributors.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the backend sales team.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the backend sales teams and regularly monitor and report on their performance.
- Managing entire customer life cycle, by managing all tastsk from customer onboarding, order booking, billing, to dispatch and continuous customer service.
