Key Responsibilities :
1. Customer Acquisition :
- Proactively engage with B2B customers to expand our payment solutions customer base.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Customer Experience Management :
- Oversee the customer journey from initial introduction and application through to post-sales support.
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
3. Portfolio Management :
- Maintain and nurture a portfolio of existing customers.
- Build long-term relationships to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
Required Qualifications and Experience :
1. Experience :
- Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, preferably within the payments or financial services sector.
- Proven experience working on overseas campaigns and managing remote operations.
2. Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3. Skills and Attributes :
