Executive - Sales - FinTech Firm (2-4 yrs)
The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Positioning our new offerings and presenting them to our target clients.
- Lead generation and prospecting.
- Building and managing leads pipeline.
-Educating and spreading awareness regarding the new product offerings to our existing clients.
- Assisting the sales management in forecasting account stats and revenue stats for a quarterly and annual period.
- Beating your targets every quarter and aiming to be the best performer.
The Profile
- You possess a Degree in Business Management or related discipline. Masters in sales would be a plus.
- You have at least 2 years experience within a B2B sales role, ideally within consumer business.
- Good knowledge of Indian FinTech scenario and Digital Banking products would be advantageous.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have consultative selling approach and you don't come across as a pushy salesperson.
- You can think on your feet and have a critical thinking ability for critical situations and queries from clients.
- A quick learner and agile performer would be a good fit for this role.
