Job Responsibilities :
- Drives revenue growth for an ed-tech firm
- Builds and efficiently manages sales process.
- Lead the Sales Team through objective setting, training, coaching
- Lead the Sales Team to deliver differentiated Customer Value, thereby creating sustainable partnerships
- Contribute to the team's success by achieving expected results.
Ideal Candidate
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-5+ years of direct sales experience
- Be able to manage a team and have the ability to delegate
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Can use and manage CRM systems to maintain leads
- Preferable if worked for ed-tech or finance companies in the past
- Should be based in Surat or willing to relocate to the city
