Executive - Sales - FinTech (3-5 yrs)
Job Description : Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities :
Sales Generation and Cold Calling :
- Actively prospect new business opportunities through coldcalling, networking, and social media. Effectively communicate our product unique value propositions to potential clients.
Outbound Sales :
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to present our product offerings, guide them through the sales process, and close deals
Customer Relationship Management :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Requirements :
- Masters/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in product sales, preferably in the B2B or fintech sector.
- Proven ability to successfully conduct cold calls and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence decision makers.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, driven, and committed to achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
Preferred Skills :
- Understanding of basic finance and accounting related concepts.
- Knowledge of fintech products and the B2B market landscape.
- Experience with a fast-paced, high-growth company.
- Experience with running successful email campaigns.
