Executive - Sales - Fintech (2-4 yrs)
Role:
Sales Strategy & Planning :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for fintech products and services.
- Research and understand industry trends and customer needs to generate targeted sales opportunities.
Lead Generation & Prospecting :
- Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
- Qualify leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns that arise during or after the sales process.
- Regularly check in with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and seek opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Sales Presentations & Demos :
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of fintech solutions to potential clients.
- Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and pain points of the client.
- Address technical questions and collaborate with the product team to ensure accurate product representation.
Negotiation & Closing :
- Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals and pricing quotes.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Close deals effectively and meet or exceed sales targets.
Reporting & Administration :
- Maintain an organized record of sales activities and progress in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all sales leads and opportunities
This role requires a combination of sales acumen, industry knowledge, and relationship-building skills to succeed in the rapidly evolving fintech landscape.
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience in a B2B or enterprise sales environment.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
- A network within the fintech or financial services industry.
