Executive - Sales - FinTech (2-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Promotion : Actively promote company products (credit cards, bank accounts, SIM cards, etc.) to customers through the partner's channels, assisting in product demonstrations, sales pitches, and customer engagement.
- Training & Support : Train and support the partner's sales team in understanding USPs, and key selling points, ensuring they are equipped to represent the company accurately and effectively.
- Achieving Sales Targets : Work closely with the partner's team to set and achieve sales targets, offering guidance, motivation, and leadership to ensure consistent performance.
- Customer Interaction : Engage with potential customers on-site, answering queries, addressing concerns, and helping them navigate the onboarding process for the products.
- Market Feedback : Collect and relay customer feedback, sales insights, and market trends back to company headquarters, helping improve the product offering and sales approach.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations, resolve issues, and provide top-notch customer service.
- Reporting & Analysis : Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and partner team performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Experience : 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fintech, banking, or consumer products space.
- Sales Skills : Strong track record in promoting and selling products, with experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage customers effectively.
- Team Leadership : Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team, even in an indirect or support capacity, ensuring goals are met.
- Customer-Centric : A customer-first approach, with a knack for understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Problem-Solving : Proactive in identifying challenges and offering solutions to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Prior experience in working with external partners or distributors.
- Familiarity with fintech products or financial services.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools for managing sales pipelines and reporting.
