Executive - Sales - FinTech (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for a Sales Executive for our client company, who is a leader in the Fin-tech industry.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Build solid prospective leads that exceed the sales goals of the organization.
- Meet and communicate with the potential clients as and when required.
- Converting solid prospective leads into customers.
- Post-sales follow-up with the customers to collect feedback and provide support.
- Maintaining the database with regular CRM updating.
- Responsible for aligning the company's sales strategies according to the needs of the customer.
- Perform cross-selling functions.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Excellent communication ( both oral and written) skills with expert-level fluency in English.
- Ability to manage complex client situations
- Previous experience in selling payment software, payroll, and other such services to businesses.
- Have good relationship-building and networking skills.
- Ability to handle work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
