Roles & Responsibilities :
1.Identify and prospect potential clients who may benefit from government subsidy programs and industrial loans.
2.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
3.Educate clients about available subsidy programs and financing options, explaining eligibility criteria, application processes, and potential benefits.
4.Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and solutions that meet client needs and align with company objectives.
5.Conduct thorough research to stay informed about changes to subsidy programs, market trends, and competitor offerings.
6.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our services.
7.Negotiate terms and close deals with clients, ensuring that all agreements are documented accurately and comply with company policies and regulations.
8.Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the subsidy application and financing process, serving as a trusted advisor and resource.
9.Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, demonstrating a strong drive for results and continuous improvement.
10.Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and insights, contributing to a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry, with a focus on government subsidy programs and industrial loans.
3. Strong understanding of government subsidy schemes, including eligibility criteria, application procedures, and compliance requirements.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
5. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
6. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of identifying opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.
7. Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline sales processes and enhance productivity.

Skills Required :
- Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
- Proficiency in English.
