Job Title : Sales Executive

Location : Dubai

Job Overview :

- We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious sales executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads and achieving sales targets for our accounting and tax company.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain business relationships with existing and potential clients

- Generate new leads and pursue new business opportunities

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the sales manager

- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective customers

- Attend networking events and trade shows to increase the company's visibility and generate new leads

- Identify new markets and trends for the company's services

- Keep up to date with industry developments to ensure the company remains competitive

- Build a strong understanding of the company's services, pricing and processes

- Provide support to clients to help them understand the company's services and benefit from them

- Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems

- Prepare sales reports for the sales manager and management team

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant fields

- 2-4 experience in sales and business development, preferably in the accounting and tax industry, insurance, banking

- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent oral and written communication abilities

- Energetic, self-motivated and proactive

- Strong influencing skills, with the ability to persuade and sell effectively

- Well-organized with excellent time management and planning abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
