About the Role:


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce financial products and services to potential customers, generating sales opportunities and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential customers to introduce products/services and generate sales leads.

- Pitching Products: Explain the features and benefits of products to persuade customers and secure sales or meetings.

- Lead Management: Effectively manage and update customer leads and interactions in the CRM system.

- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

- Handling Objections: Address customer concerns professionally to overcome barriers and close sales.

- Follow-Up: Nurture relationships by following up with leads and inquiries promptly.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including call logs and customer feedback.

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to effectively present and sell products/services.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Note:


- This Job role requires 6 days work from office along with rotational shifts and US Shifts(Night Shifts)

- NO cab facility however food accommodation will be provided
