Executive - Sales - Field Banking (1-6 yrs)
As a Field Banking Sales Executive, you will promote and sell banking products directly to clients in your assigned area.
Responsibilities:
- Visit potential customers to offer banking products and services.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable financial solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Convert leads from other departments into actual sales.
- Stay updated on banking products and industry trends.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to your team leader.
- Work with other departments to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related fields (preferred but not required).
- 1-3 years of experience in banking or field sales.
- Knowledge of banking products like loans and credit cards.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willing to travel within your assigned area.
