Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management :
- Market Research and Analysis :
- Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in the facility management sector.
Proposal Development and Negotiation:
- Craft compelling proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts to secure new business deals.
Sales Strategy and Execution :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and drive company growth.
Extensive Cold Calling :
- Actively engage in cold calling to generate leads and set up meetings with potential clients.
Achieving Monthly Targets:
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Monitor performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaboration with Internal Teams :
- Work closely with internal teams, including operations and finance, to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully.
Reporting and Performance Tracking :
- Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to senior management.
Travel Requirements :
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development activities.
