Executive - Sales - Export (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and acquire new clients in the target industries.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and networking.
- Understand the unique requirements and needs of customers and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific demands.
- Communicate effectively with clients to handle inquiries, provide product information, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
- Coordination with overseas clients/vendors.
- Timely execution of shipments.
- To handle inbound and outbound cargo movements.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights to the management team.
Requirements :
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience range : 3-5 years
- Strong sales and negotiation skill along with the experience in field of Sales & Marketing from Export Industry
- Knowledge of using CRM software to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Prior experience in the readymade garment industry will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Comfortable with using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Air Sea & Road shipments
- Knowledge of shipping documents
- Openness to mobility/travel
- Must have Knowledge - Merchant Exporters & Buying Agents
