Executive - Sales - Export (2-5 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Executive for handling exports. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and manage all aspects of the export process, including generating sales, customer acquisition and order processing. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in international business, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in exports.

Responsibilities :

1. Generate Sales.

2. Develop and implement strategies to expand the export markets, targeting new regions and customers.

3. Identify and establish relationships with international distributors, wholesalers, and buyers to promote and sell our products overseas.

4. Respond to inquiries from potential customers, negotiate terms of sale, and finalize contracts for export orders.

5. Coordinate with production, packaging, and quality control teams to ensure timely fulfillment of export orders according to customer specifications.

6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for business expansion in target markets.

7. Prepare regular reports on export sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for management review.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in export management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

3. Strong understanding of international trade practices, customs regulations, and export documentation.

4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with international partners and customers.

6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with export management software is preferred.

8. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

9. Willingness to travel occasionally for business meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

10. Knowledge of Agro products and principles, is a plus.
