- Our Client is looking for Export Sales Executive
The Job
Your Responsibilities will include :
- The primary responsibility of the incumbent would be development and coordination of Export strategies, including new sales techniques, coordination with Line Managers of different agencies within the group to ensure export sales and follow up.
- He should possess good communication skills and ability to independently handle customers.
- Additional Responsibilities will include maintaining and updating customer records in ERP system Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required :
- Candidate should be a graduate/post graduate with a minimum of 0-3 years experience in a similar field with thorough knowledge of trends in Export trade from various trade lanes/countries into India.
- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
