Job Responsibilities: -
1. Selling Times's high end customized products to corporate clients (B2B Sales)
2. New Client acquisition by targeting the decision makers and HR professionals of organizations
3. Identifying revenue opportunities through extensive market research and inbound lead follow up
4. Understanding the prospects hiring needs and customizing recruitment solutions/packages as per their needs
5. Pitching the right solutions to the client, negotiate and close the deal
6. Maintain and expand the database of prospects within your assigned territory
7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with all potential and existing clients.
8. Manage complete sales cycle independently
Desired Profile: -
1. Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
2. Graduate or Post graduate
3. 1 - 2 years of experience in Sales
