Executive - Sales - Event Management/Media (3-5 yrs)
What you will need to do :
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop a client base.
- Follow up on key accounts generated by the Head of Sales to build relationships with clients and close deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Initiate conversations with new leads and close deals that help them grow in the plant-based ecosystem through our offerings: events, media & offline), content, and personalised marketing solutions.
- Create and deliver presentations and sales proposals to clients.
- Keep track of sales activities and provide timely reports to the Head of Sales.
- Participate in trade shows and other events to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Maintain and update client information in the company database.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Creating an end-to-end process, owning the quality of the sales initiation funnel, and creating new qualified leads for closure.
What you will need to have :
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in the plant-based or digital marketing industry.
- 3 years experience, preferably in events or media
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for the plant-based movement and a desire to make a positive impact.
- Familiarity with digital marketing solutions, terms, and industry best practices.
Must-have skills :
- Preferably in events or media
