Executive - Sales - Event Management Business (0-2 yrs)
- Answer phones and book reservations for customers based on availability listed in the system
- Upsell tickets to clients by recommending higher-end seats or suggesting VIP tickets
- Process online reservations and update the system to reflect the new status for each event
- Inform customers of alternative events, concerts or promotions if they are unable to book the tickets they originally wanted
- Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries
- Follow the suggested script provided to all Inside Sales Representatives
- Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, for future follow-up
- Adjust your sales presentation based on success/fail averages
- Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
