Executive - Sales - Event Management (2-4 yrs)
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through the sale of our event management services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the events industry. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the success of exciting events.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their event needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase our services and capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to secure new business and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events and exceed client expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management to track progress against targets and inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the events industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
