Executive - Sales - EV Battery (3-6 yrs)
Job Description:
- Manage organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation
- Reach out to EV OEMs, Fleet Operators & Energy Operators for orders
- Educating the OEMs/Dealers who are using the Lead-acid batteries, presenting the ROI to encourage a switch to lithium-ion batteries
- Tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
- Sales of products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
- Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
- Organize EV related marketing events and exhibitions to success
What you- ll Bring :
Education & Experience :
Experience into Lithium Ion as well.
- 3 - 4 Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing in the field of Electric Vehicles
- Bachelor's degree in Technology or Engineering is required
- Experience in EV-2W batteries is preferred
- Prior experience of selling Batteries is an added advantage
- Work with Marketing on the lead generation of EV Clients
- Coordinate with multiple teams for successful project completion and customer satisfaction
- Ability to construct and work with financial and valuation model
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of current market scenario
- Good planning and organization skills
- A hunger for developing and maintaining own technical skills and disciplines
- Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
- Ability to handle the pressure and meet deadlines
