Job Description :
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
- As Account Executive you will be responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts in a highly-productive, inside sales environment. You must be comfortable in a small organization where personal performance is critical Commitment, determination and results are rewarded.
- Physical position location is required at our Corporate Office in Hyderabad with the opportunity to support west, central or eastern territories
- Strategically hunt and creatively build pipeline and maintain coverage to quota
- Make outbound calls and send email introductions to designated account list
- Build, develop and maintain knowledge to become an expert on Synactive products and services
- Prospect revenue opportunities and build a pipeline
- Effectively connect Synactive solutions to solving client's business challenges
- Work with the Pre-Sales Systems Engineers, Resellers/Channel Partners, and/or Solution
- Partners to establish unique value of Synactive
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
- Has 4 years and above proven sales experience in a related industry with a successful sales record/ strong cold-calling experience at a minimum
- Has the ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, organize and prioritize
Responsibilities :
- Is comfortable selling to Line of Business Decision Markers or C-level
- Has proven ability to close business via phone
- Is able to effectively deliver web-based product demonstrations
- Has the ability to negotiate effectively based on value and time to close
- Has strong technical aptitude
- Has an out-going, dynamic personality/a self-starter who thrives when challenged and has a need to win
- Selling experience selling to clients of SAP ERP or similar market solutions highly desirable
- Ability to quickly learn new processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical Requirements :
- MS office Proficiency/ Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiar with CRM type business systems a plus, not required
- Knowledge of enterprise solutions such as SAP, Oracle or Salesforce.com knowledge a plus.
