Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (Female)

Location: Mumbai

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Tele Sales Executive with a focus on equity sales. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients, provide expert advice on equity investments, and drive sales by converting leads into clients. Your knowledge of the equity market and ability to build relationships will be key in helping clients make informed investment decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell equity-related products and services.

- Educate clients on various investment opportunities in equity markets, including stocks, mutual funds, and other financial products.

- Provide market insights, stock recommendations, and explain the risks and benefits of various equity investments.

- Maintain a deep understanding of the equity market, including trends, performance metrics, and financial products.

- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and ensure consistent engagement.

- Handle client queries related to investments, account management, and trading procedures.

- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely data on client interactions and sales.

- Work closely with the research and advisory teams to provide clients with up-to-date market information.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

- 1-2 years of experience in tele sales, specifically in equity sales.

- Strong knowledge of equity markets, financial products, and investment strategies.

- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in Gujarati is an advantage.

- Proven ability to close sales and meet targets.

- Experience in handling client objections and providing suitable solutions.

- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office suite.
