Executive - Sales - Energy Product (3-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- To plan Sales Forecast and material planning as per sales plan.
- Developing new clients in the designated area and secure job orders from new and existing clients.
- Mentoring and motivating team to achieve the business goals.
- Achieving Volume and Value targets month on month basis.
- Build strategic relationships with key clients.
- Develop and maintain an effective database and tracking system of prospect clients.
- Maintaining the reporting system as per the organization's standard.
- Adhere to approved policies and procedures related to the profile.
- Keeping the reporting manager updated regarding any market changes and forth coming opportunities or threats and tracking competitor's activity.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by management or reporting manager from time to time
Skills Sets:
- Sales executives need strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to persuade potential customers and negotiate deals is crucial in sales.
- Should focus on understanding customer needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Sales executives to effectively showcase the benefits and features to potential customers.
- Should be driven by goals and targets, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
