Job Overview:

This role is an exciting opportunity for Diploma-Mechanical/Electrical-Fresher or 1-2 years experience in retail marketing who are eager to build a career in sales. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for field sales activities, engaging directly with customers, and driving retail sales of gensets. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct field sales activities to promote and sell diesel gensets (DG) in the assigned territory.

- Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert prospects into sales.

- Engage with retail clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable genset solutions.

- Deliver product presentations and provide demonstrations to potential customers.

- Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

- Monitor market trends and gather feedback to contribute to product and sales strategy improvements.

- Report daily sales activities, progress, and market insights to the Area Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

- Diploma-Mechanical/Electrical-Fresher or 1-2 years experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).

- Strong interest in building a career in field sales.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

- Ability to work independently and handle field sales challenges.

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.

- Willingness to travel extensively within Haryana and Delhi NCR.
