Executive - Sales - Electrical/Electronics Product (0-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Promote and sell Unistar brand wires and cables in both retail and project segments.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong customer base in Madurai and surrounding areas.
- Getting Approvals for the Unistar make from near by private industries and government organisations.
2. Market Research and Analysis:
- Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the wires and cables segment.
- Provide feedback to the company to refine sales strategies.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, contractors, builders, and project site managers.
- Address customer queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
4. Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed sales targets assigned by the company.
- Work towards achieving growth in both retail and project channels.
5. Site Visits and Follow-Ups:
- Regularly visit project sites to promote products and ensure sales conversions.
- Conduct follow-ups to secure orders and ensure timely delivery.
6. Reporting:
- Prepare and submit sales reports, including updates on customer interactions, sales pipeline, and target achievements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Qualification: Diploma or B-Tech.
- Experience: Freshers or 1+ years in sales, preferably in electrical products, wires, cables, or related industries.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Tamil (mandatory), English.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with wires and cables specifications is an advantage.
