Executive - Sales - Education (2-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy Development :
- Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy to promote the ROAR Leadership Training Program.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and attending events.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve sales targets.
Lead Generation & Conversion :
- Generate and manage a pipeline of potential participants through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Conduct detailed presentations and consultations with prospects to explain the benefits of the ROAR program.
- Convert leads into enrolled participants by addressing their needs and demonstrating how the program can fulfill their leadership development goals.
Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, clients, and partners.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure participant satisfaction throughout the sales and enrollment process.
- Collect feedback from participants to understand their needs and improve the sales approach.
Event Promotion :
- Support the planning and execution of events, including offline and online sessions related to the ROAR program.
- Travel occasionally to promote the program at various events, with travel allowances provided.
Reporting & Documentation :
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and participant data.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, trends, and projections for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities.

Pay: 30,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
