Executive - Sales - Education (2-3 yrs)
- Identify potential foreign education consultants through research and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential consultants, understanding their needs and matching them with our organization's offerings.
- Develop sales strategies and plans to onboard foreign education consultants, including creating proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with foreign education consultants, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
- Manage the onboarding process, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless integration into our organization.
- Provide training and support to new foreign education consultants, ensuring they have a complete understanding of our organization's offerings, policies, and procedures.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a high level of motivation and drive.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the education sector, with a focus on foreign education consulting services.
- Strong knowledge of the foreign education consulting industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
