Executive - Sales - Education (1-6 yrs)

Role : CDE/CDO
Experience Required : Graduate fresher with a technical degree and a minimum of 6 months to 4 years of experience.
Location : Mumbai
Compensation : 4 LPA - 6.25 LPA+ Incentives (Average hike between 10-30% on the current/previous fixed salary)
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Interview Rounds :
- Zoom Interview (Virtual Screening call from HR)
- Walk-in Interview at the preferred location office address itself
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Connect with a minimum of 80 working professionals (prospective students) each day from the leads/database present on LeadSquared CRM.
- Generate a pool of prospects by identifying the need for upskilling based on the student's area of interest.
- Assist prospective students with detailed information about the programs offered through phone or video counseling & create a strong pipeline.
- Ensure meeting daily deliverables & achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
Requirements Skills and Knowledge :
- Candidate must be a graduate with sales experience (No Retail Sales or Presales).
- Freshers with technical degrees: BSc IT, BCA, B Tech, BE (No Civil Engineering).
- Experienced candidates: Any degree but selling tech courses is mandatory.
- Ed Tech experience preferred (No field sales).
