Working days : 6 days/week, Sunday working, roaster off
Working hours : 9 hours/day
CTC budget : 3 - 8 LPA (Fixed) + 3 LPA (Monthly Incentives)

The last 2 decades have seen an increasing disconnect between industry and academia - this has resulted in colleges not teaching industry-relevant technical skills and thereby students becoming unemployable. Skill-Lync is a Y-Combinator (2019) start-up that is solving this problem at scale leveraging technology and an ecosystem of industry experts, engineer-trainers, and offline centers.
- We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist who can do consultative sales to the potential students who want to bridge their learning gap from academic to the industry. You will be required to achieve your given targets, collaborate with fellow employees, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities but not limited to :
- Identify new sales opportunities and handle both inbound and outbound calls to follow up.
- Make cold calls and emails to explore sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly milestones and close sales.
- Collaborate with teammates and work towards closing deals.
- Maintain a detailed database with all information on the prospects.
Desired Skills :
- Any Degree (Preferably - Engineering Grads)
- 1-6 years of experience in Inside Sales (Preferably - Edtech, Telecom, Insurance,Travel)
- Effective communication skills.
