The Job Responsibilities :
- Follow-up on leads over the phone, highlighting the benefits and features of our e-learning platform.
- Support customers with queries related to checkout, account setup, etc.
- Maintaining customer records and documentation of customer interactions

Ideal Candidate Key competencies :
- Prior work experience in education sales
- Passion for selling and the ability to communicate with students and parents effectively
- Excellent communication skills
