Executive - Sales - Education (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify potential student segments and develop effective sales strategies.
- Team Leadership : Mentor and guide a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and enhance their performance.
- Student Counselling : Engage with prospective students in-person and over the phone to understand their academic background, career aspirations, and learning preferences. Provide personalized guidance on the best courses and learning pathways for CA, CS, CMA, and CFA exams.
- Enrollment Management : Assist students with the enrollment process, including course selection, fee payment, and registration. Follow up with potential leads and convert them into enrolled students.
- Performance Tracking : Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counselling outcomes, and conversion rates. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Educational Background : A bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field is preferred. MBA is desirable.
- CRM Proficiency : Must have experience using CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.
- Sales Experience : Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or financial services industry.
- Counselling Skills : Ability to understand student needs and provide effective guidance on course selection.
- Communication Skills : Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory. Proficiency in other regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Leadership Abilities : Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
