Executive - Sales - Education (1-3 yrs)
- Sales executive is responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to introduce and promote the company's products or services.
Responsibilities :
- Making outbound calls to potential customers and explaining to them the benefits of the company's products or services.
- Your responsibility will involve using cold calling techniques to schedule course demos for eHobby.
- Initiating phone conversations with parents who complete the demo classes for their kids.
- Answering customer questions and addressing objections.
- Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and market trends.
Requirements :
- Proficient in English speaking.
- Proven sales experience, particularly in cold calling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to effectively use a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Knowledge of the company's products and services.
- Preferably from the Ed-tech Sales background.
- Must be from Kolkata.
Educational Qualifications :
- Any graduate/postgraduate with a strong desire to make a career in sales.
- Any experience in BPO or sales roles is an added advantage.
