IT Sales Team Lead
Roles and Responsibilities :
- He/she is responsible for the enrolment of individuals looking for new IT or Coding careers into IT Career Training Programs
- The consultant required to collect the leads from our website or database and generate sales through Inbound-calling.
- Strong ability to reach targets and make monthly turnover
- Sales Consultant must understand the specific motivations of each prospect in order to facilitate the prospect's decision.
- He or she must also be able to explain the different job types and career opportunities available in the IT and Coding industry.
Requirements :
- Prefer at least 3 years of experience into IT sales, consumer sales role such as admissions representative, related sales role.
- Strong oral and written English skills.
- Communication in Telugu, Hindi is must
- Detail oriented regarding management of multiple candidates
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
