Executive - Sales - Education (0-5 yrs)
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
2. Handle a limited number of clients daily
3. Generate leads and follow up with clients
4. Actively work on generated leads and pitch them for conversions
5. Explain product/services to clients
6. Work with the team leads towards achieving sales targets and improving sales pitching
7. Manage sales pipeline
8. Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
9. Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
10. Bring sales for the company
11. Identify the customers who need the course
12. Work on giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
13. Work on meeting or exceeding sales goals
Qualifications :
- 0-5 years quota-carrying sales experience
- Any graduate can apply
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
