We have requirement for Academic consultant (Sales) for one of the well-known company(E- Learning platform) for Mumbai.

Jobdescription

- Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counseling Sessions

- Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions

- Understand Customer profile & problemsto explain implication of ineffective learning methods

- Create the need for Smart Learningand advise student-parent to buy Company's Subscription as solution

- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue

- Learn/ Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s)

- Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior

- Possess Basic / Good knowledge of Class 5 to 12 Subjects as per existing Curriculum

- Are keen to learn and upgrade Product knowledge from time to time for better Sales

- Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets

- Thrive in a fast paced ambiguous work environment

- Have good communication skills in English and the regional language with professional presentation

- Open to Intra-City travel to Customer Locations-

Company Profile :

Company is an E-learning Platform.

No of Employee - 1500

They have 20 branches across India.

- 7 Days of training will be provided to candidates and they will have to clear the training.

- Interviews will be conducted at Ghatkopar Branch.

- Candidate must have good communication skills in English and Hindi both.

- Candidate must have laptop Its Compulsory. They will be getting 800 Rs. for Laptop every month as allowance.

- Mobile allowance and other allowance will be provided as well. Good Incentives will be provided.

- Immediate joiners and candidates with notice period both can apply.

- Candidate can sit at office for 3-4 PM and than they will have to go out for appointments.

- Bike is not mandatory.
