Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager/Sales Executive fluent in English, Gujarati and Hindi to join our team in major cities across Gujarat.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales, With a proven track record of success in selling to schools, experience in selling e-learning software will be an added plus.
Responsibilities:
- Reaching out to school management and principals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the education sector, particularly in schools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our e-learning software to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Gujarati is essential.
- Proficient in using all tools of Microsoft Office.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in selling e-learning software is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within Gujarat as required.
