Executive - Sales - EdTech (3-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
- Identify and approach potential customers, including parents, schools, and educational institutions.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Sales Pitch & Presentation:
- Effectively present the features and benefits of the company's smart tutoring solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain how the solutions meet customer needs.
3. Customer Engagement:
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to build trust and rapport.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the company to ensure smooth onboarding.
4. Sales Targets & Reporting:
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to the management team.
5. Market Research:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
Education & Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2. [6-3] years of experience in sales, preferably in the EdTech or education industry.
Skills & Competencies :
1. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
2. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
3. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
4. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
